The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive commercial janitorial services for two facilities in San Antonio – the six‑floor Titan Building (2700 NE Loop 410) and the one‑floor Titan Plaza (8200 Perrin Beitel Road). The combined service area is approximately 125,000 sq ft. The contract will cover all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, and related incidentals required to maintain the buildings in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition. Key points include: • Scope covers daily office cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor and carpet care, elevator and stairwell cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, day‑porter services, and emergency disinfection/ water‑extraction services. • Site walkthroughs are offered by appointment Aug 31‑Sep 4 2026 (optional). • Questions must be submitted by Sep 8 2026; final proposal due Sep 18 2026 at 4 PM. • Estimated contract value is $60,000. • Vendor must submit a main proposal PDF and a separate AACOG Vendor Packet. • Evaluation will consider experience (40 pts), pricing (40 pts), and staffing/quality‑control plan (20 pts).
