Training Services for Recreation and Park Services Department

The City of Norwalk's Recreation and Park Services Department is seeking a 6-month leadership training series for its key staff team. The program should include in-person monthly training, curriculum, pre and post meetings with the Executive Team, evaluation/surveys, on-call support, and 1:1 coaching sessions for employees.
