The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking professional design and engineering services in three distinct disciplines – electrical engineering, structural engineering, and landscape architecture – to be performed on a task‑order basis over a three‑year performance period. The work will encompass all phases of transit‑related projects, from feasibility studies through construction‑phase support, including design, specifications, inspections, and project management. Three separate contracts will be awarded (one per discipline) with a combined ceiling of roughly $2.75 million. The solicitation requires a short, non‑technical proposal (≤ 10 pages) and compliance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding requirements, including DBE goals, Buy‑America provisions, and extensive insurance and record‑retention obligations.
