Description
Nicholls State University is seeking qualified vendors to supply new nursing laboratory simulation equipment for its nursing program. The solicitation is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) with electronic submission only. Bids must be received by 3:00 PM CT on 30 September 2026. The contract will be awarded on an all‑or‑none basis to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with a maximum contract term of 12 months. Vendors must provide a bid bond (5 % of bid price) unless waived, and must carry the required insurance (workers’ comp, general liability, automobile liability). The university may extend the contract to other Louisiana state agencies under a “piggy‑back” clause.
