Description
The Department of Human Services is seeking a supplier to provide Food 1 for the 4th quarter of 2025 (April-June 2026) at the Norristown State Hospital. The successful bidder will be required to provide food products as specified in the solicitation. The contract duration is approximately 90 days.
• The solicitation is open to all qualified bidders.
• Bidders must submit their bids by the deadline of 03/12/26 at 9:00 AM.
• The bid opening will take place on 03/12/26 at 9:01 AM at the Norristown State Hospital.
• The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has a Reciprocal Limitations Act that requires giving preference to bidders offering supplies produced, manufactured, mined, or grown in Pennsylvania.
• Bidders must complete the State of Manufacture chart and provide information on the manufacturer and state of manufacture for each item.
