Description
The City of North Richland Hills is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified general contractors to replace the existing wooden slide tower at the NRH2O Family Water Park. The work includes selective demolition of the current tower, stairs, and foundations; site preparation and excavation; installation of a new structural concrete foundation; supply and erection of hot‑dip galvanized steel framing, FRP stairs and decking, and guardrails; re‑integration of the park’s water flumes and piping; certified field welding, thermal‑spray zinc metallizing, lightning‑protection system installation, and full site restoration. The contractor must provide performance and payment bonds, carry required insurance, and comply with all city specifications and safety standards.
