Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide HVAC Maintenance Services. The scope of work includes providing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance services for the CHP Morongo Basin Area Office. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029. Bidders must possess a valid Contractors State License Board (CSLB) – C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor) license and be registered with the DIR Pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1.
