Sunset Nature Lodge HVAC Replacement

The City of Florissant is seeking bids from qualified HVAC contractors to remove and replace three existing HVAC split systems at Sunset Nature Lodge. The replacement units must be Sure Comfort Vantix Line Side-Discharge Universal Heat Pumps, Model RD18AY Series, with compatible inverter-driven air handling equipment and electric backup heat. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing systems, new equipment installation, electrical work, ductwork modifications, controls and commissioning, testing and balancing, and closeout documents. • The project location is Sunset Nature Lodge, 2300 Sunset Park Drive, Florissant, MO 63031. • The contractor must be licensed to perform HVAC work in the State of Missouri and maintain all required insurance coverage. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and obtain all permits required for the work. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on workmanship and installation. • The contractor must provide pricing for an additional one-year maintenance contract.
