The City of Fairbanks Police Department is seeking a qualified vendor to fully up‑fit four (4) brand‑new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe police vehicles. The work includes installing emergency lighting, siren systems, prisoner‑transport partitions, console and equipment mounts, power distribution modules, radio preparation, full wiring, programming, testing, and providing a one‑year warranty on labor and workmanship. Vehicles will be shipped from Colorado Springs to the vendor’s up‑fit facility; the vendor must then ship the completed, fully‑tested vehicles to Fairbanks. The contract is a one‑time, performance‑based agreement with a four‑month turnaround per vehicle and includes bid security, insurance, and local bidder preference considerations.
• Up‑fit scope covers lighting, sirens, consoles, partitions, wiring, programming, and documentation for each Tahoe.
• Vendor must provide all labor, materials, consumables, and a minimum one‑year warranty; optional extended warranty may be priced separately.
