Description
The University of Maine System is seeking bids from fuel distributors to supply the University of Southern Maine with fuel. The contract will be for a term of up to two years, with three one-year options to renew. The University is looking for firm fixed price and spot-market index price delivery contracts for fuel products. Bidders must provide fuel prices in one or more of the following forms: spot-market price or fixed price. The University reserves the right to award the contract on a location-by-location basis, price, and other factors considered.
