RFQ Workiva Maintenance Agreement

The Maryland State Retirement Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide an annual maintenance agreement for the Workiva Connected Government Financial Reporting Solution. The solution includes the Pension Reporting Solution for governmental pensions, which enables the Agency to streamline the creation of its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The contractor will provide and support the Workiva software to aid the Agency in the tabulation of various required reports derived from multiple sources. Key responsibilities include: • Providing an annual maintenance agreement for the Workiva Connected Government Financial Reporting Solution • Supporting the Workiva software to aid the Agency in report creation • Ensuring the solution meets the Agency's requirements for financial reporting • Providing any necessary training or support to Agency staff The contract term is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
