The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (TEC Professional Services Questionnaire) from persons or firms interested in providing Professional Engineering Services Related to the Design and Construction of a New Estelle Drainage Pump Station No. 3. The scope of work includes a new intake and superstructure, 2,000 CFS pumping capacity, and other related services. The selected firm will be required to identify all sub-consultant firms and submit a Statement of Qualifications for each. • The project involves the design and construction of a new pump station with a 2,000 CFS pumping capacity. • The selected firm will be required to provide professional engineering services, including surveying, geotechnical engineering, environmental/permitting, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. • The firm must have at least one principal who is a licensed, registered professional engineer in the State of Louisiana. • The firm must have a professional in charge of the project who is a licensed, registered professional engineer in the State of Louisiana with a minimum of five years' experience. • The firm must have one employee who is a licensed, registered professional engineer in the State of Louisiana in the applicable discipline involved.
