Description
The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide executive consulting and coaching services to state agencies. The services include organizational development, executive coaching, and workforce cultural transformation. The contract will be for a period of approximately 161 days, with the option for renewal. Vendors must have at least one year of experience working with government and non-government accounts, and at least three years of experience in each proposed category of service. The vendor will be required to provide a statement of work, pricing, and other documentation as part of the proposal.
• The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's compliance with the requirements specified in the RFP.
• The State of Missouri reserves the right to issue subsequent solicitations for the same or similar services.
• The vendor will be required to participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program.
• The vendor will be required to provide services on an as-needed, if-needed basis.
• The State of Missouri does not guarantee any usage of the contract whatsoever.
