Description
The Library of Congress is seeking a contractor to provide continued annual support and maintenance for PoolParty Semantic Suite modules. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical support, software maintenance, and upgrades for the Library's PoolParty Enterprise Server and PowerTagging for O365/SharePoint Online. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor must be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a certified re-seller of the proposed products and services.
Key requirements include:
* Providing technical support and software maintenance for the Library's PoolParty Semantic Suite perpetual software licenses
* Providing a technical support phone number and web support portal
* Responding to support requests within specified timeframes
* Providing software maintenance, including upgrades and patches
* Ensuring the security and integrity of the Library's data and systems
* Complying with the Library's information security policies and procedures
