The Navajo Nation Judicial Branch is seeking a single‑award construction contractor to replace the existing TPO roof system on the Dilkon District Court building and to perform extensive tenant‑improvement work inside the facility. The scope includes selective demolition, roof membrane replacement, waterproofing, HVAC curb repairs, interior finish upgrades, and exterior lighting upgrades. All work must comply with Navajo Nation procurement rules, include required bonds and insurance, and be completed under a 200‑page maximum proposal format.
• Demolition and replacement of ~15,450 sf low‑slope TPO roof, including parapet and cricket work, waterproofing of penetrations, and new roof flashing.
• Interior tenant‑improvement: ceiling tile replacement, door hardware, roll‑up door, water heater, electrical outlet upgrades, LED lighting, restroom fixtures, and fire‑alarm system inspection/repair.
• Exterior upgrades: replacement of eight LED streetlights and servicing of building soffit/wall‑mounted lighting.
• Mandatory submission of a full cost proposal (original + 2 copies) by Jan 30 2026, with performance bond requirements indicating a contract value > $50 k.
