The City of Lansing’s Human Relations and Community Services Department is soliciting qualified organizations to operate and manage the NOVA Lansing POD Community, a non‑congregate transitional housing program for unhoused individuals. The contractor will be responsible for day‑to‑day campus management, provision of supportive services, compliance with local regulations, and coordination with partner agencies to ensure residents receive the resources needed to transition to permanent housing.
