Description
The Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial, lawn, and snow services for 12 rest areas in the Bay Region. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the rest areas, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price. The evaluation process will include a review of the bidder's proposal, including their experience, qualifications, and pricing.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
• The State reserves the right to modify or cancel the contract at any time.
