Paris Junior College is soliciting sealed qualification statements from qualified firms to provide annual financial audit services. The selected firm will be responsible for expressing an opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statements of Paris Junior College and the Paris Junior College Foundation, performing detailed program or grant audits, and providing print-ready financial statements. The firm must have at least five years of experience conducting audits of higher education institutions and must meet all independence requirements promulgated by the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. • The contract term will be one year with renewal options of four one-year time periods. • The evaluation criteria will include qualifications and experience of the firm and personnel, project understanding, approach, and management, transition and other audit services, and references. • The firm must provide a written response, including a description of the firm, its experience, and its approach to the audit, as well as a proposed project staffing plan and references. • The firm must also provide a conflict of interest form and other required documents.
