The selected vendor must meet the minimum qualifications, including the ability to provide comprehensive coverage across Microsoft technologies, 24/7/365 technical support, proactive services, and a support team with escalation pathways. • The vendor must have the ability to provide comprehensive coverage across Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, SQL Server, and related workloads. • The vendor must have the ability to provide 24/7/365 technical support with defined Service Level Agreements for Severity A/B incidents. • The vendor must have the ability to provide proactive services, including health checks, risk assessments, workshops, and environment reviews. • The vendor must have a support team with escalation pathways, including an account manager, technical leads, and escalation routes into product engineering.
