Gwinnett County’s Department of Water Resources will award separate annual consulting contracts for seven service categories covering water‑treatment plant design, water‑ and sewer‑line engineering, watershed and storm‑water services, dam inspections, asset‑management and data‑management, programmatic rehabilitation, and specialized on‑call support. The solicitation is competitive, sealed‑proposal based, with evaluation weighted 90 % on qualifications and 10 % on the fee schedule (hourly rates).
