Description
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) Pharmacy needs to replace outdated Helmer refrigerators and add an additional unit to provide ample cold storage space for patient medications pending dispensing. This requirement is a set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act. The offeror must qualify under the notice provision and meet the definition of an "Indian Economic Enterprise" throughout the contract performance period.
• The contract is subject to the Buy Indian Act and awards may be subject to protest if the eligibility of the successful Offeror is in question.
• Successful Offerors must also be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM).
• Any false or misleading information submitted by an enterprise when submitting an offer is a violation of the law and punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001.
