Fire Sprinkler System Inspection & Maintenance

The Town of Los Gatos is seeking a qualified firm to provide quarterly, annual, and five-year inspections, maintenance, and certification for all town-owned property fire suppression systems. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable fire safety standards and regulations, including NFPA 25 requirements. The scope of work includes inspecting alarm valves and gauges, sprinkler heads, pressure gauges, fire department connections, and risers and piping. The firm will also be required to provide written inspection reports and recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
