Time and Frequency System

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for a Time and Frequency synchronization system. The system includes a Time & Frequency Synchronization System Base Unit, a Multi-Port Network/Expansion Card, a Specialized Input/Output Option Card, and a Precision Time Protocol (PTP)/NTP Card. The contract will be awarded to Safran Federal Systems. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, but no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. The written response must reference the solicitation number and provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. • The Time & Frequency Synchronization System Base Unit is a Secure Sync Model 2406-033, with a quantity of 6 EA. • The Multi-Port Network/Expansion Card is a SecureSync Option Card 1204-18, with a quantity of 3 EA. • The Specialized Input/Output Option Card is a SecureSync Option Card 1204-4A, with a quantity of 3 EA. • The Precision Time Protocol (PTP)/NTP Card is a SecureSync Option Card 1204-15, with a quantity of 3 EA. • The contractor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ prior to submitting quotes. • The contractor must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information.
