Description
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking a contractor to provide coaching for instructional improvement. The contractor will collaborate with DoDEA to provide a 2-level (Foundational and Advanced) coaching program for school-level and above-school-level educators. The program will be aligned with DoDEA's Coaching Model and will include project planning, professional learning sessions, role-specific coaching, and evaluation support. The contractor will also provide technical support and facilitate preparation sessions. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with a 1-year base period and two 1-year option periods.
