This solicitation seeks a software solution, compliant with Ohio Attorney General specifications, to electronically capture and submit arrestee demographic data and fingerprints for integration into the Ohio BCI and FBI criminal history databases. The award will be based on the lowest responsive quote, and the vendor must be an approved LiveScan provider or hold contract 534422. The purchase is for software only; hardware is already owned by DYS.

• Ensure compatibility with Ohio BCI and FBI criminal history systems and meet all security/privacy requirements.
• Provide delivery, installation (setup on DYS‑owned hardware), and a warranty/maintenance plan as part of the quote.
