Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Siemens Medical Solutions for repair and preventative maintenance services for two Artis Q Ceiling systems and its associated UPS at the New York Harbor VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, repair service, software updates, parts, etc., for complete On-Site Maintenance and Repair Services. The period of performance is from August 14, 2026, to August 13, 2027, with a provision of four option years.
• The contractor must provide certified parts that meet the original equipment manufacturer's specifications.
• The contractor must have OEM trained and certified personnel authorized to perform work on this High Tech Medical Equipment.
• The contract is for a period of one year with four option years.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, repair service, software updates, parts, etc., for complete On-Site Maintenance and Repair Services.
