Description
The Walton County Board of Education is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified general contractors to design and construct a new Field House for Monroe Area High School (MAHS) and Walnut Grove High School (WGHS). The scope includes:
• Construction of a new multi‑purpose Field House at 300 Double Springs Church Rd., Monroe, GA.
• Resurfacing existing tennis courts and replacing nets at Loganville High School (100 Trident Trail) and Walnut Grove High School (4863 Guthrie Cemetery Rd.).
• Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and required subcontractor services (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing).
• Submission of a lump‑sum bid, bid bond (5 % of bid), contractor and subcontractor qualification statements, and compliance with Georgia procurement rules.
• Mandatory delivery of bound notebook proposals to the Board’s annex by September 24, 2026, 3:00 PM.
