D--Prism Software Licenses

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate intends to award a Task Order to Unison Software, Inc. on a single source basis for Prism Software Licenses. The Purchase Order includes a 12-month base period and three 12-month Option Periods. The services are a continuation of the commercial Prism Services Licenses currently provided by the incumbent contractor. Key features of this opportunity include: • The contract management software must be capable of integrating with the existing financial system of record, Oracle E-Business Suite/Odyssey. • The services are a continuation of the commercial Prism Services Licenses currently provided by Unison Software, Inc. • The Period of Performance includes one 12-month Base Period and three 12-month Option Periods.
