The U.S. Army is seeking a qualified small business to design, supply, and install a complete, stand‑alone CCTV and Access Control system for Building 4411 at 4411 Llewellyn Avenue, Fort Meade, MD. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non‑personnel services, except for government‑furnished property. The effort is a non‑personal services contract with a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) structure. Period of performance is a 12‑month base period with up to four one‑year option periods.
