Consultant Services for Policy and Procedure Development

The Iowa Economic Development Authority (in partnership with the Iowa Finance Authority) seeks a qualified consulting firm to develop, update, and document agency‑wide policies and procedures. The work includes a gap‑analysis across multiple functional teams, drafting new policy documents, creating SOP templates, recommending knowledge‑management tools (including AI options), and delivering internal‑communications training.
