Description
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors to provide statewide Ethernet wireline or fixed‑wireless network services. Only firms that already hold a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the appropriate technical addenda may submit. Bidders must furnish a detailed cost model for each site, meet or beat the guaranteed install interval, and comply with background‑check and certification requirements. The award will be based on a blended score of cost, timeline, and local‑loop technology.
• Scope: Installation and ongoing provision of wired Ethernet (fiber or copper) or fixed‑wireless connectivity at multiple Washington sites.
• Mandatory documentation: NSA, Technical Addendum, Certificate & Assurances, completed Cost Model (Appendix A).
• Evaluation: Cost (NRC + 24 × MRC), install interval (shorter = higher score), and local‑loop type (Fiber = 40 pts, Fixed‑Wireless = 20 pts, Copper = 10 pts).
• Timeline: Pre‑proposal conference 6/26/2026 (optional); questions due 6/23/2026; final submission 7/8/2026; award announced 7/15/2026.
