Description
The City of Douglas is seeking engineering services through a request for qualifications. The city reserves the right to accept the lowest, most acceptable bid and to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids are to be submitted in five copies, along with a USB drive, to City Hall by March 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. • The bid is for engineering services, including structural engineering, engineering consulting, water supply, treatment, and distribution engineering, and waste water treatment engineering.
• The city has the right to waive technicalities or irregularities to make an award in the best interest of the city.
