RFQ for Engineering and Construction Services

The Dawson County Development Authority is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms or teams to provide engineering and construction services for the Business and Innovation Park Project. The project will consist of approximately 200,000 square feet of buildings, site grading, roads, utilities, stormwater systems, erosion control, environment assessment, archeological assessment, and permitting. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing engineering and construction services for the project. Key information to be included in the Statement of Qualifications includes company history, qualifications, experience, and references. • The project will consist of approximately 200,000 square feet of buildings, site grading, roads, utilities, stormwater systems, erosion control, environment assessment, archeological assessment, and permitting. • The selected consultant will be responsible for providing engineering and construction services for the project. • The consultant must have experience with similar projects and must provide references. • The consultant must have a strong understanding of the project requirements and must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the project. • The consultant must have a proven track record of success in providing engineering and construction services for similar projects.
