Maintenance support services for LRBGE’s Bio-Rad equipment

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance support services for Bio-Rad equipment. The contractor will be required to provide unlimited on-site repair visits, including parts, labor, and travel expenses, during the service agreement coverage period. The equipment includes a Digital PCR w/AutoDGMNTH with serial numbers 771BR1833 and 773BR1205. The contractor will also be required to provide technical support hot-line number for telephonic trouble shooting during normal working hours. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, travel, material, parts, and equipment to provide unlimited repair for government-owned equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency repair services, including parts, labor, and travel expenses, during the service agreement coverage period at no additional cost to the government. • The contractor will be required to provide software service in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest established service procedures. • The contractor will not be responsible for any repairs necessitated by abuse, neglect, vandalism, Acts of God, fire, or water.
