Mississippi State University seeks a vendor to deliver a comprehensive, cloud‑based platform that consolidates its institutional repository, digital collections, electronic theses & dissertations (ETD) service, and scholarly journal hosting. The solution must support robust metadata management, DOI minting, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, SOC 2 and HECVAT Lite security certifications, and PCI compliance options.
