Description
The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide flooring for various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of approximately three years, from the date of award to September 21, 2028. Vendors must provide their full line of manufactured flooring and must not impose a minimum order amount/quantity for any flooring item. The state agency reserves the right to request any of the contractor's personnel assigned to provide the services be removed without just cause. The contractor must also provide a current catalog with pricing clearly identified and have an online catalog that allows state agency internet users to see products available.
Some key points to consider:
• The state agency will make a good faith effort to order a minimum of 500 square yards per carpet order or 900 square feet of hard surface flooring.
• The contractor must pick-up used carpet tiles and/or broadloom carpet and dispose of the used carpet at no additional cost to the State of Missouri.
• The contractor must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty on all flooring at no-additional cost.
• The contractor must pay a one percent (1%) administrative fee to the State of Missouri which shall apply to all payments received by the contractor for all products provided under the contract.
