Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting bids to establish a contract for portable toilet rental, cleaning, and associated maintenance services for Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing standard and ADA-compliant portable toilets, cleaning and servicing the units, and performing maintenance and repairs as needed. The contractor must also provide hand-washing stations and replenish supplies.
• The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing the specified services.
• The contractor must meet minimum qualifications, including having the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor must comply with all state and federal regulations, including those related to waste disposal and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a detailed price list for the services and materials.
• The contractor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including workers' compensation and commercial general liability.
