On Demand Plan Review Services for Land Disturbance Permitting

The City of Lawrenceville is seeking a consultant to provide On Demand Plan Review Services for Land Disturbance Permitting. The consultant will review plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide written comments. The scope of work includes technical review of erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control plans, grading, drainage, and stormwater management reports. The consultant will also coordinate with City staff and applicable agencies, participate in pre-submittal meetings, and provide technical assistance. • The contract will be for one year with up to four renewal options. • The consultant must have experience with similar projects and meet specific qualifications, including being a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia or working under the direction of a P.E. as an EIT. • The consultant must also have a minimum of three years of plan review experience and be a Level II Certified Plan Reviewer through the GSWCC. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities, informalities, and minor irregularities in the proposals received. • The evaluation criteria include the consultant's understanding and approach to the City's required tasks and needs, experience with similar projects, qualifications of the consultant's staff, and fee schedule.
