The University of North Texas System seeks a qualified vendor (Microsoft or an authorized Microsoft licensing partner) to conduct a comprehensive review of its current Microsoft software licensing portfolio and to provide a cost‑optimized renewal proposal for the upcoming Enterprise Agreement renewal (effective 11/1/2026). The effort includes assessing usage, identifying under‑utilized or duplicate licenses, recommending the most advantageous licensing model, and delivering a detailed pricing quotation covering a long list of SKUs (approximately 70 product lines) and Azure consumption. The selected vendor will also provide governance guidance, compliance tracking, and optional managed‑service tools for ongoing optimization. • Perform a full inventory and usage analysis of > 1 million Microsoft licences across UNT campuses. • Deliver strategic recommendations on licensing models (EES, CSP, MPSA) and potential cost‑savings. • Submit a three‑year pricing proposal with unit‑price assumptions, separate EA/EES and CSP pricing, and optional add‑on pricing. • Provide governance, compliance, and future‑roadmap documentation, plus post‑award support (quote turnaround ≤ 2 business days, ongoing renewal support).
