Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking bids for conference facilities for a Type IV Basic conference. The conference will be held from April 14-16, 2026, and the venue must be located within 30 miles of Brainerd City Hall, 25 miles of Duluth City Hall, or 25 miles of Forest Lake City Hall. The contract will include room rental, catering, AV equipment rental, and lodging.
• The conference will have an estimated number of attendees, but the State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals.
• The contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
• The State reserves the right to award this solicitation to a single responder or to multiple responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State.
• Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and late responses will not be considered.
