Description
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles intends to enter a single-source purchase contract with Canopy Software, Inc. for the renewal of the Customer Service Expert System (CSES) software. The contract will be for three years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The system is used to provide customer service specialists with current information on laws and changes in the law. The scope of work includes annual software support and maintenance, as well as expansion of the system to accommodate an ongoing project to digitize paper documents.
