Concrete Equipment Platform Construction for Electric Bus Chargers

The Ames Transit Agency, dba: CyRide, is seeking bids for the construction of a new reinforced concrete equipment platform to support electric bus charging infrastructure at the CyRide maintenance facility. The project includes the provision of a new pad/platform for bus charger, coordination of the requirements of the Owner supplied chargers and dispensers with the plans and specifications included, and notification of the design team of any changes required. The project manual includes various sections such as project information, administrative requirements, substitution procedures, and technical specifications for concrete, joint sealants, and other materials. • The project requires the construction of a new reinforced concrete equipment platform. • The platform will support electric bus charging infrastructure at the CyRide maintenance facility. • The project includes coordination with the Owner supplied chargers and dispensers. • The project manual includes various technical specifications and requirements. • Bidders must submit their applications before the deadline, and no late responses will be reviewed. • The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
