RFP 2025-P09 Workers Compensation Insurance & Administrative Services

Hays County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Workers' Compensation Insurance and claims administration services. The selected vendor will be responsible for claims administration, medical managed care services, and loss prevention services. The vendor should have experience in writing Texas workers' compensation coverages and demonstrate an innovative and effective claims management process. The contract term is for two years with four optional two-year renewal options.
