Description
Horry County Department of Airports seeks a vendor to deliver a fixed‑cost, service‑level‑agreement (SLA) driven support and maintenance program for its mission‑critical airport paging and audio system. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring continuous operation of the public address infrastructure, providing rapid response to faults, performing routine preventive maintenance, and implementing system upgrades as needed. The award will be a single‑source contract (fixed‑price) covering all support activities for the duration of the agreement.
• 24/7 monitoring, trouble‑ticket logging, and on‑site repair response per SLA metrics.
• Preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration of all paging speakers, amplifiers, and control consoles.
• Supply of spare parts, software/firmware updates, and documentation.
• Coordination with airport operations to schedule non‑critical work and minimize passenger disruptions.
• Training of airport staff on basic troubleshooting and system operation.
