Description
The US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is seeking a contractor to provide news monitoring services using an AI-enhanced web-based interface. The contractor will be responsible for providing continuous news monitoring and social media monitoring via a cloud-based web and synchronized mobile app interface with 24/7 availability. The contractor must also provide twenty personalized user login accounts, web-based and downloadable user instructions, and 24-hour customer support and technical assistance. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months with four 12-month option periods.

The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing media monitoring services and must be able to meet the technical requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
