Description
The Portage County Department of Job & Family Services is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a Peer Recovery Supporter (Recovery Coach) program. The contractor will recruit, train, and manage peer recovery supporters who will work directly with individuals receiving services from the department, helping them navigate recovery, secure employment, and maintain family stability. The program must align with county guidelines, track outcomes, and provide regular reporting.
• Provide one‑on‑one recovery coaching and case management to eligible participants.
• Assist participants in job search activities, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with county service providers, maintain documentation, and submit performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing peer support services.
• Deliver culturally competent services and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and related statutes.
