SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGGREGATE MATERIALS TO RIVERSIDE COUNTY LANDFILLS

The County of Riverside’s Department of Waste Resources is seeking qualified vendors to provide and deliver a range of aggregate materials (crushed rock, base, gravel) to its two active landfills (Badlands in Moreno Valley and Lamb Canyon in Beaumont) and up to 33 inactive sites as needed. The RFQ calls for multiple product specifications (1½” & 2‑4” clean unwashed crushed rock, 1½” & 3” minus crushed rock, 3‑6” crushed rock, ½” washed gravel, Class II/III base, etc.) with annual usage quantities detailed in an attached pricing tab. Orders will be placed on an as‑needed basis over a one‑year contract term, with four optional one‑year extensions. Bidders must submit price quotes FOB destination, include any washed‑rock surcharge, and comply with County procurement policies, including small‑business and veteran preferences.
