This solicitation seeks a sole‑source vendor to provide the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALBME) with ongoing access to Thomson Reuters Westlaw online legal research services on a fixed‑monthly‑cost basis. The award will be a Quick‑Quote contract limited to a total ceiling of $25,000, with the contract term potentially renewable up to five years. Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, able to accept electronic payments, and comply with E‑Verify and other state procurement requirements.
