Chemistry Instrument Service Plan

The Chemistry Instrument Service Plan is a contract opportunity with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The selected contractor will provide preventive maintenance and service on multiple laboratory instruments at the CDPHE Laboratory Services Division. The goal is to decrease downtime and ensure laboratory instruments are in working order, providing accurate test results for clients. The contractor will be required to provide trained and certified maintenance and repair technicians. The contract will be governed by the State of Colorado Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. • The contractor will provide service and maintenance on multiple laboratory instruments. • The contractor will provide only trained and certified maintenance and repair technicians. • The contractor will submit a signed Annual Invoice Form to receive compensation. • The contract will be monitored by the Laboratory Purchasing Agent for compliance with performance requirements.
