RFP #1193920 - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

The Montgomery County Government is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to its employees. The services should include centralized intake screening, local in-person, virtual, and/or telephonic assessment, referral, counseling, and treatment services. The contractor must provide a minimum of eight and up to ten sessions per issue, per employee/family member, per year. The contractor must also refer participants to appropriate providers based on their needs and develop a provider integration strategy. Key features of the EAP services include: • Centralized intake screening • Local in-person, virtual, and/or telephonic assessment, referral, counseling, and treatment services • Unlimited management consultation and referral services • Unlimited number of community resource referrals • Individual follow-up with participants and satisfactory surveys to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of services provided
